Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate compliance activities related to company products and materials.
- Ensure that products comply with applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements of target markets.
- Manage compliance documentation systems and product certifications.
- Coordinate third-party testing activities and monitor testing progress.
- Monitor and control risks related to product and material compliance.
- Monitor and update applicable compliance requirements, including electrical compliance and other regulatory requirements.
- Product and Material Compliance Management.
- Manage and maintain compliance documentation systems related to company products and materials.
- Ensure compliance documentation and product certifications remain valid and up to date.
- Review and verify the completeness and validity of supplier compliance documentation.
- Plan and coordinate testing programs with independent testing laboratories.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure testing activities are conducted according to schedule and applicable standards.
- Monitor, compile, and analyze test results from third-party organizations, report to supervisors, and propose improvement solutions when necessary.
- Review and evaluate testing reports to confirm product compliance.
- Regulatory Requirement Monitoring.
- Monitor and update standards and regulations related to product and material compliance.
- Determine applicable compliance requirements for products according to target export markets.
- Monitor electrical compliance requirements for products containing electrical components.
- Compliance Risk Control.
- Evaluate and monitor compliance risks related to products and materials.
- Coordinate resolution of compliance issues arising from customer complaints or regulatory requirements.
- Compliance Support in Product Development.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to determine compliance requirements during new product development.
- Participate in compliance evaluation for new products or materials before production.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to ensure effective compliance operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in QA, testing, or product compliance.
- Experience working with third-party laboratories.
- Knowledge of product compliance standards and export market regulations.
- Understanding of electrical compliance for products containing electrical components is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
