R&D Coordinator(Furniture Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive information from Customer/Customer dept.of all brand: OEM/JC. Create master list for new design, master list for new finishing and material for all of customer/Project.
• Follow up and update progress status of drawing, finishing & material from first concept to Sample. Make sure all information smoothly. correctly.
• Update photos on ERP at level 1 for new design. Have to double check, correctly and confirm information (CARCASS, item name, category, dimension, first item image, finishing, material…) before release to TEC and SW.
• Change sale code for items of JC.
• Check SO, WO, Label.
• Communication with JC US team, OEM customer in new development, costing and sample process.
• Collect, save and up image of handover form for all of items after handover meeting.

• At least 2 year experience at furniture making manufacturer.
• Computer literate.
• Communicating, persuading, problem solving skill.
• Good English speaking and writing, Vietnamese also.
• Positive, dynamic, confident.
• Excel, ERP, read only CAD.
• Can work under high pressure.
