Hardware BOM Costing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Control:

• Receiving the costing request from the costing team and check, feedback the list of components on 2nd level BOM.
• Doing BOM costing for all kinds of hardware in 3rd level.
• Review and correct the BOM costing for hardware after first cutting.
• Support BOM cost for comparison costing VFR-Sub-con for contract out.
• Working closely with VFR3 to set up the construction for hardware then confirm with technical team to make drawing and BOM for hardware.
• Update/change the VFR3 processes for routing tickets.
• Update drawing/BOM for existed component in production.
• Working closely with Jig, mould & template and carcass BOM team to make sure all hardware best fit with wood component.
• Working closely with others teams in technical to make sure the drawings for friendly components always right in both wood and hardware.
• Getting feedback from production and update into drawing & BOM ensuring that the mistakes will not happen in next time & same cases.
• Cooperating with supervisor in production to improve processing.
• Supporting technical manager in technical standard applied in production.
• Supporting to compose some processing in Technical dept.
• Performing some certain works assigned by Manager Dept.

• At least 1 years in producing exported interior furniture.
• Education/Specialization: University of Technology.
• At least 1 years in hardware BOM calculation.
• Had knowledge in hardware processes.
• Basic English communication.
• Communicating, persuading skill.
• Computer literate, Microsoft office, Autocad operation.
