Job Description
  • To schedule departmental plan (target, deadline, lead time) and ensure that is always aiming at achieving production master plan produced by planning department.
  • To follow and keep Production Manager and Planner informed about daily output and any delay to production plan.
  • To re-plan and keep Production Manager and Planner communicated on new plan.
  • Cooperating with QC in controlling quality in production.
  • Giving advice and sharing information on production to others to make sure that information is accuracy and efficient to production.
  • Control hardware to assure give for worker right Items and right Code and avoid losing.
  • Control hardware to be sure they are not damaged during Fitting process.
  • Check time for every product to control.
  • Work closely with HRD, Technical support in regularly training team leaders and workers about safety regulations.
  • Enforce and supervise the implementation of safety regulations in the department and ensure that all workers use personal protection equipment (PPE) in the correct way and seriously follow safety regulations at all times.
  • Check and suspend workers from their work if finding any danger or not strictly complying with safety regulations and ensure that SAFETY IS FIRST at any time.
  • Support HRD to conduct the labor accident investigation, if any, and strictly implement preventative actions requested from the investigation result.
  • Regularly and directly inspect items passing through the department at any time to ensure quality.
  • Always work closely with Q/C and all other departments to ensure and improve product quality, to achieve production targets, and to ensure that only the best products are delivered to the company's customers in the shortest possible time.
  • Work closely with the technical department for all related technical information and update timely any changes to ensure everything is done in the right way the first time and so at any time.

  • To be highly motivated, strong and authoritative.
  • Willing to work overtime when it is needed.
