Job Description
  • Receive handover project from Sales Team.
  • Assess the details of the project and work with Head of Hospitality to determine suitability of the project and timeline.
  • Base on handover file from Sales team to double check detail and prepare project folder (master list with item code, material list, finishing list, and Gannt chart) for each project.
  • Update ERP databases with order details (customer, vendor, price, PO, shipping, payment etc.).
  • Issue EN, SO, input orders for customers and ensuring orders are released and shipped within specified timeframe.
  • Coordinate daily with RD team, sample team, planning, production, QA/QC,.. to ensure all teams are prepared and informed of deadlines and deliverables.
  • Prepare and submit the formal quotation directly to the customer following standard JC Hospitality templates for additional items of project, make sure price is checked and confirmed by Head of Hospitality.
  • Work with TEC and PUR to get information on key materials and costings for components/materials etc.
  • Support to sourcing and contact new suppliers for new materials.
  • Work with TEC to ensure that they prepare a BOM in a timely manner.
  • Manage and control approval references and finishes so that master copies are always kept securely. Take responsibility for this in conjunction with the QA Department. Manage receipt and distribution of drawings, finish panels and other requirements.

  • Work closely with vendors if the project involves sub-contracting to ensure that they have all the information needed.
  • Make a weekly report to update status of project to client.
  • Track production and mockup/PPS processes daily to ensure that everything is moving according to plan.
  • Conduct handover meetings with relevant departments at various stages of the process.
  • Coordinate with the Import/Export Department to ensure smooth processing of all paperwork for shipments.
  • Following the process of payment.
  • Support after-sales services, to maintain operating performance of goods purchased and to modify and improve services rendered.
  • Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
Requirements
  • Excellent Microsoft (excel, word, power point) knowledge.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • A good and professional working manner and attitude.
  • Strong personality with willingness to speak up and encourage people to support in all areas.
  • An honest, diligent and careful character and devoted to work.
  • Graduated University/ College.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in hospitality.
  • Experience working ERP systems.
  • Confident speaking in front a of a group of people including CEO, Head of Hospitality and Customers.
  • Competent enough to have a strong grasp of the details of each project.
  • Willingness to work in a production environment.
