JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily management of CNC areas for quality and output, acting below building manager/department manager.
- Responsible to optimize our CNC operation to meet demand for safety/quality/output. This includes ( but not limited to) templates, jigs, tools, operators and staff, machines, facility, input.
- Responsible to Train programmers, operators in modern/industrial/optimized way of running CNC. Our assembly areas should NOT need any adjustments on components and CNC is a big part of this.
- Responsible to feedback on tools, maintenance, supplier tech support, engineering where we need their support to improve and optimize the CNC operations.
- Above counts for all CNC in VFR productions, wood and non wood.
- Provide tech support and training where needed and requested to strategic subcontractors case by case.
- Centralize overall programming and program storage so we can use ERP/routing and see where programs are made/not made. This should also assure all programs are stored in backed up server so we don’t lose programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Intermediate level.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 27–35.
- To have good experience in supervising/managing CNC section in furniture manufacturing companies.
- Graduated from university majoring in engineering, furniture…with CNC Programming expertise.
- Good management skills.
- Strong, confident and authoritative.
