Job Description
- Purchase materials to meet production demand.
- Supervise and follow up purchasing processes for min-max materials, subcontracted wood and hardware, marquetry veneer, subcontracted MOP and fabric.
- Manage purchasing from receipt of Purchase Requisition to confirmation of materials received in good condition.
- Monitor and maintain the min-max material system to ensure sufficient stock for production.
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and payment terms to secure the best sourcing options.
- Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders, issue POs to suppliers and follow up on delivery.
- Allocate and prepare purchase requisitions to suppliers based on actual capacity.
- Collect delivery documents and submit to Accounting for payment processing.
- Coordinate with Production to identify abnormal material consumption and adjust procurement plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar purchasing role
- Good command of English or Chinese
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability
- Ability to work effectively under high-pressure environments
- High level of concentration and good communication skills
