Job Description
- Manage all staff under the assigned function, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, motivation, delegation, and effective supervision of their activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Warehouse departments to ensure timely outbound shipment bookings.
- Oversee all export operations and export documentation in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on new circulars and decrees to ensure smooth export customs clearance procedures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders (Customs, government authorities, customers, overseas suppliers/partners, and internal teams) to ensure effective cooperation, support, and operations.
- Maintain up-to-date personal knowledge of all relevant export laws and procedures, including tariffs and duties, licenses, and restrictions; and share such knowledge appropriately with colleagues.
- Manage the timely and accurate preparation and submission of relevant administrative documents, e.g., shipping schedules; shipping documents; certificates; licenses; customs declarations; packing lists; Bills of Lading (B/L); Certificates of Origin (C/O), etc.
- Ensure freight rates are negotiated at competitive levels with carriers/shipping lines.
- Control export-related costs effectively; prevent unnecessary costs arising from incorrect handling (e.g., detention/demurrage charges, warehousing/storage fees, trailer/container storage), and minimize any additional expenses to the greatest extent possible.
- Ensure export C/O compliance with applicable rules of origin in accordance with relevant local, national, and international regulations.
- Understand and support the handling of dossiers for liquidation and destruction (A42), quarterly and annual forestry product reports, and finalization/settlement reports (Forms 15, 15A, 16).
- Handle and resolve related issues and complaints.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct line manager/department head.

2. Education and Training
- Specialize in foreign trade / import-export activities.
3. Experience and Qualification
- At least experience 2-3 years in preparing documents and handling export shipments.
4. Skills and other abilities.
- Well understand Incoterm.
- Well known documents for international business.
- Foreign language: well listen, speak, read & write in English.
- Familiar with ERP system.
- Well use E-cus software.
- Office computer skill.
