Job Description
- Learn fully about ISO:9001, ISO:45001, ISO:1400, Law, CSR, security standards to apply at the factory.
- Check and guide the department to write JD, SOP, policies, WI, report templates.
- Being an auditor in internal audits on ISO, CSR, security.
- Report internal audit results, work with relevant departments to take corrective actions. Update results of corrective actions from departments.
- List out all requirement for external audits and prepare them well for third party and customer audits.
- Prepare training materials and implement job-related training programs.
- Work with relevant departments to fully assemble the factory's social compliance indicators. Analyse and propose measures to improve indicators together with related departments.
- Propose measures to improve ISO system, CSR compliance, factory security to manager.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Male/Female in good health.
- University graduate in related.
- 2 to 3 years working for manufacturing companies in the same position.
- Have good knowledge of Law.
- Good Communication and Time Management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Well organized, sociable and approachable.
