Job Description
- Make the drawing, caculate the budget for project (contruction work).
- To supervise & instruct to the building maintenance team to do the construction work in the right way, right solution.
- Make plan for clean the aircon and make sure all aircons are good in condition.
- Plan for material using monthly and control budget within the team
Requirements
- Graduated from university with a major in engineering.
- Technically knowledgeable on field related.
- Able to communicate in English at workplace.
- Good supervision, communication and leadership skill.
- To be highly motivated, organized, strong and authoritative.
- Can be working overtime when needed.
