Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
- Diagnose mental health conditions within professional and legal scope.
- Assess psychological risks including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and suicidal ideation.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy such as CBT, supportive therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Manage psychological crises and high-risk cases following approved protocols.
- Coordinate urgent referrals to psychiatrists, hospitals, or emergency services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers within confidentiality boundaries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or related fields
- Valid professional license / certification
- Formal training in psychotherapy (CBT, trauma-informed)
- 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical assessment & therapeutic skills
- Excellent crisis management capability
- Fluent Vietnamese & English communication
- High ethical standards & professionalism
