Job Description
Responsible for building and growing an internal wellbeing community across the company, encouraging employee participation, supporting wellbeing clubs and activities, and promoting engagement through events, communication, and regular reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build and grow an internal wellbeing community across the company.
- Encourage employee participation and peer-to-peer engagement in wellbeing initiatives.
- Act as a connector between employees, club leaders, and the Wellbeing team.
- Initiate, support, and coordinate wellbeing clubs such as sports, yoga, running, music, meditation, arts, and nutrition.
- Support club leaders with planning, scheduling, communication, and logistics.
- Monitor club activities and participation levels.
- Plan and coordinate wellbeing events, campaigns, and group activities such as wellbeing days, challenges, workshops, and talks.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for events.
- Ensure activities are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with wellbeing strategy.
- Develop internal communication content to promote wellbeing clubs and events.
- Work with internal communication teams to increase visibility and engagement.
- Capture stories, photos, and feedback to showcase community impact.
- Track participation, attendance, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare regular activity and engagement reports for the Wellbeing Manager.
- Gather employee feedback to continuously improve programs.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Social Sciences, Sports, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in community building, employee engagement, HR activities, or event coordination.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, people-oriented, and creative.
- Good organization and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse employee groups.
- Vietnamese and English communication skills required.
- Passion for wellbeing, community, and people engagement.
