Job Description
- In order to have a good management and monitor of all QC inspectors & follow QC system as well as daily jobs of QC inspectors in Vfr3. And also make more easily for this position to contact, to do and to solve problem with another groups.
- Assign, arrange and follow inspectors of their daily jobs.
- Follow QC system, stamp, reports, control ticket...
- Assure the quality of components/ items before entering warehouse/ next steps.
- Working closely with tech, to prevent, solve any issue and find solution to stop happening again..
- Working friendly with all inspectors; encourage them to work hard; cooperation with relevant groups and department…
- Follow QC system, stamp, reports, control ticket…
- Dimension of components must be confirm w/ drawing/ tech-pack.
- Get friendly components have to check in sets.
- Suggest any idea that could prevent any farther issues or be better for processing/production or ideas to cut short processing but good effective and quality.
- Be the one to propose making templates for QC to refer to when inspecting necessary details. The templates that need to be made include: legs, casters, handles and hinges, mirror frames, etc…
- has responsibility for the safety and health of all employees in the department.
- Guide inspectors the way to write reports or control tickets.
- Guide and follow the test system for the testing line, panel, construction, etc., before passing the products.
Requirements
- Graduated High school at least.
- Have at least 5 years experience and knowledge to Fine Metal.
- Knowledge to read full size drawing.
- Knowledge to arrangement and strong in leadership/ organization.
- Follow QC system and put the company’s benefit above.
- Can work independently and under high pressure.
- Good at communication & transmit information.
- Good at solving problem & making decision.
- Good at team-working.
- High responsibly for job.
- Identify the risk for safety labor.
