Job Description
- Ensure all finishing stages strictly adhere to the process sheets and color swatches approved and signed off by the LAB department.
- Execute Pre-Production Samples (PPS) to verify the finishing process prior to mass production.
- Prepare step-by-step color boards and allocate each finishing stage to respective workstations, ensuring correct technical execution and color consistency.
- Organize, store, issue, recall, and inspect all color boards used on the production line in accordance with requirements; collaborate with the supervisor and team leaders to cross-check and verify the accuracy of the color boards before releasing them for mass production.
- Conduct random checks on chemicals to ensure they are mixed according to the correct formula and standard requirements before entering production; prevent incorrect chemical usage or improper mixing ratios, and promptly detect and troubleshoot any issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wood furniture painting and finishing processes.
- Strong track record in team management within a manufacturing environment.
