Customer Services Staff

Job Description:
– Receive and process orders through ERP system; send order confirmation to the customer, and ensure that orders are released and shipped within the specified timeframe as mentioned on SOP-CSD-001.
– If the customer makes a request, work with planning and other related departments to improve or change the original confirmed ship date.
– Handling customer correspondence regarding orders, shipping, stock, and inquiries…
– Receiving customer complaints/inquiries and collaborating with QC, production, customer group leader to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction…
– Preparing and sending reports about orders, shipping plans, updated processes, stock reports, account receivable report and other related reports to the customers and related departments.
– Receive new sample development requests, project quotations, collaborate with R&D and other customer group leathers to complete new development and send out quotations.
– Create a new spare-part code and an item code with all necessary information.
– Collaborate with customer groud leather in R&D, Technical departments to complete the BOM and repair all related information in order to obtain  prices from the CEO…
– Input factory prices and customer buy prices and revised prices into ERP system, along with all approved related documents.
– Collaborate with the production, planning, sales, and marketing departments to provide needed information to customers and to identify and respond to customer expectations.
– Working with the import and export departments and planning to ensure the smooth flow of relevant import and export information.
– Collaborate with accountants to keep track of customer debt/account receivable and ensure that customers pay in full and on time.

Requirements:
– Excellent computer skills: Emails, Excel, Word…
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English.
– At least 01 year of experience in customer service or sales.
– Teamwork spirit.
– A good and professional working manner and attitude.
