Hospitality Project Manager (Handover Manager)

Job Description:

  • Liaise with sale team to review/study the tender documentation during bidding phase. Coordinate if any for winning project.

  • Receive handover project from Sales Team and from other relevant if any.

  • Assess the details of the project and work with the Head of departments to determine suitability of the project and timeline.

  • To study & analyze whole project’s package, prepare project planning both overall & details, develop project schedule based on site MEP schedule, forecast cost, analyze risks…

  • Base on handover file from Sales team to double check detail and prepare project folder (master list with item codes, material list, finishing list, and Gannt chart) for each project.

  • Coordinate daily with RD team, sample team, planning, production, QA/QC… to ensure all teams are prepared and informed of deadlines and deliverables for kick-off orientation.

  • Site-inspection (if any) for checking relevant information details in order to make shop drawing correctly in term of built-in items if requires.

  • Maintain regular communication with the customer, sales team and related departments to ensure everyone is kept informed of the progress and status of each order.

  • Work closely with vendors/suppliers if the project involves sub-contracting to ensure that all of our requirements is achieved.

  • Track production time-line and project schedule to ensure both programmed is aligned.

  • To review with involve control Mockup/PPS to ensure that everything is progressing according to plan.

  • Conduct handover meetings with relevant departments at various stages of the process.

  • Liaise with the Import/Export Department to ensure smooth processing of all paperwork for shipments.

  • Support after-sales services, to maintain operating performance of goods purchased and to modify and improve services rendered.

  • Serve/improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.

  • An honest, diligent and careful character and devoted to work.

  • Graduated University/College with relevant trades.

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in hospitality projects both in factory and site works.

  • Experience working in ERP systems.

  • Confident speaking in front of a group of people including CEO, Head of Hospitality and Customers.

  • Ability to lead, coordinate and liaise to work with group/team member within project and relevant departments.

  • Confident, decisive and strong ability with all above honesty… communicative skills and quick problem solving in the spirit of cooperation to complete the job on schedule without compromised.

  • Competent enough to have a strong grasp of the details of each project.

  • Willingness to work in under pressure both in production environment and construction site.
