Job Description:
– To take overall responsibility for maintaining order and security in the whole factory and ensuring safety of employees, guests and visitors, properties and assets of company.
– To plan, organize and supervise the implementation of all measures that is needed to maintain the order and security in the whole factory and ensure the safety of employees, guests and visitors, properties and assets of company.
– To organize and conduct monthly overall audit on facilities (premises and buildings, storea and warehouse, walls and fences, gates and doors, paths and exits, equipments and machines, fire alarms and fire fighting equipments, camera and CCTV system, locks and seals …) Some areas where there is high risk of security, fire and safety such as foundries, warehouses, chemical stores … must be inspected in strict and random on a weekly basis.
– To identify risks of security, fire and safety and suggest preventative/corrective actions accordingly. To follow up and ensure that all approved action plan are implemented properly.
– To organize regularly patrol of all areas in factory on the daily basis and make a daily report on any violation to company regulations regarding to security and safety. To bring immediately any related problem to concerned head of department’s attention.
– To organize sealing in restricted areas to prevent illegal intrusions.
– To organize and supervise daily operation of camera and CCTV system and ensure that all security problems happening in factory will be found out at the soonest and recorded properly and visibly.
– To initiate, conduct and report on investigations in the event of labor accident or security problem such as thefts, fighting, subortage, property loss and unlawful activities. To collect and provide related information and evidence for authorities if requested.
– To organize and conduct fire fighting and evacuation drills for every six months.
– To prepare Job descriptions and set out Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) for all positions in team. To select, train, manage and motivate staffs in security team, safety inspection team, fire fighting team to ensure the high level of performance and positive behavior and attitude of the team. To work as internal trainer on safety and security when needed.
– To be able to work with all managers and supervisors to resolve all related issues quickly, effectively and diplomatically.
– To supervise and ensure that all security and safety related regulations, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, references and forms are being implemented correctly and followed strictly. To review and suggest changes or improvements at any where or when needed.
– To organize the filing system to keep all related records and documents in tidy and order.
– To prepare all needed reports that shows a real picture about security and safety in factory and in that SWOT analysis report is also recommended. To report in verbal that is needed in case of emergency or problem.
– To implement other tasks assigned by CEO.
Requirements:
– Male. Age: 30-45
– Senior high school graduate. Professionally trained about security and safety. Certificate in First Aid and Fire Fighting. Basic knowledge and understanding about safety regulations and criminal laws.
– At least 02 year experience in the same position. Experienced in supervising security and safety in manufacturing factories with 1.000 employees or more is preferred.
– Able to communicate with foreigners in English.
– Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
– Have a good training and problem solving skill.
– Natural leadership, teamwork, organized, communication and interpersonal skill. Professional, hard working, mature and above all honest.
