Job Description:
– Create new/update changes of Items code, material code, new component code (brass, glass, accessory, others…), finishing code, follow up status, adjust quantity, date if necessary.
– Update drawings status, sample status, BOM versions.
– Update photos for Items and component code.
– Release and check EN, SO, WO, Label for samples.
– Arrange sample shipments.
– Check quantity remain after shipping.
– Report sample status.
– Organise/report and update sample handover samples.
– Prepare information needed for sample quotations.
– Update approved sample prices.
– Handover approved color panels, metal/fabric/leather swatches for production.
– Other tasks if required.
Requirements:
– College degree or above.
– Good English speaking and writing.
– Good computer skill in MS word. Excel, Access.
– Good communication in Vietnamese also.
– Reliable, accurate and hard working.
– Can work under high pressure.
– Can work OT when needed.
