Job Description:
– Receive the shipment schedule, information from PPC (Regular, OEM, OLDEST and DIRECT SHIPMENT).
– Analyze distribute and sort out detail list base on customer/shipment PO for each departments/Section.
– Double-check the actual details of plans whether it is feasible or not and give feedback to planning and relate Departments.
– Checking HW, and component have or not and report to each department/ section.
– Issue all the list and status to all departments / sections (base on priority level).
– Following up and pushing the items for shipment base on planning (on time). Report immediately the risk of shipment and production status (defective items, lacking carcass, material, component, Hardware,..) to Head of Division or Related Dept/Sec.
– Coordination with other Departments to solve problems as they occur for corrective action.
– Making daily production report of all department/ Section.
– Build the “Item labor work” system and daily updating…
– To be able to work effectively with all managers to resolve any relevant issues quickly, effectively and diplomatically at all times.
Requirements:
– College graduated required.
– At least 03 year experience in a similar position.
– Previous experience of working in manufacturing company with over 500 employees, furniture industry.
– Knowledgeable about furniture making processes.
– Good management skill (planning, organizing, Problem Solving, communication skill, negotiation skill and Continual Self-Learning).
– Professional working manner and attitude, confident.
– An honest and diligent character and be devoted to work.
– Reliable, accurate and hard working.
– Can work under high pressure
