Purchasing Teamleader

Job Description:
– To follow up the process of sourcing materials for R&D and Production both in local & China as the specific time.
– Receiving information for materials which need to be sourced from Planning/ Customer Services and RD (by e-mail or verbal).
– Requesting information to get clear specification for the material  which need to source (from RD if request from RD, from QA/Customers if request from Planning).
Drawing (with tolerance), photos.
. Sample.
Function, technical information.
Quality requirement & inspection method.
Certificate requirement.
Replying to the requester for the estimated date which the supplier confirmed.
Sourcing the related suppliers as experience/ internet/ market/ specific area.
Arranging to ask quotations & price comparison (including MOQ, leadtime, delivery term…) as a purchasing form.
Getting samples & get approval from related departments (R&D or QA or customer).
– To follow up the process of supplier hand-over for production materials to Planning.
Inputting the approved supplier on the system.
Sending the supplier code / material code to Planning for making PR.
Sending the comparison / quotation to Planning for enclosing with PR when submitting.
Preparing the contract to the supplier for the first purchase.
– To follow up the process of purchase for R&D materials
Inputting the approved supplier on the system.
. Sending the supplier code / material code to RD Dept. for making PR.
Receiving the PR from R&D on line & proceed the purchase as Purchasing SOP.
Co-ordinating with the subordinate to solve her work when there’s any problem need to be solved by team.
– To follow up all the printing matters in the factory : for Marketing & all form in the factory use.
– Other responsibilities.
. Implementing other tasks as required by Purchasing Manager.
Participating and contributing to company events (anniversary, annual trip, sport, music, staff party …), social activities and by company.
Arranging with Accounting for prior payment to important suppliers.
Supporting & helping the subordinator & others purchaser to solve problem if need.
Cooperating with other depts in work to get the job done well.

– Personality: Strong, dynamic, friendly.
– Language : good communication (speaking/writing) in both Vietnamese & Chinese. Knowing English is more preferred).
– Skills and other abilities
Have ability to working in high pressure environment.
Quickly & effectively in problem solving.
High responsibility in working.
