– Receptionist: Receive, answer professionally and transfer incoming calls to receiver and ensures that phone is picked up not later than 03 rings and all incoming call is reaching to the right persons.
– Welcome guests and contact related persons to receive guests.
– Work with housekeepers to serve drinking water to guests.
– Corresponding: Handle incoming & outgoing facsimiles / post mails and make sure that these items are recorded and delivered to the right persons and in time.
– Telephone: Follow and make payment of monthly desk phone / hand phone fees in time.
– Monthly report.
– Update extension list.
– Control courier service, payment, reports.
– Control taxi cards, payment and report.
– Meeting rooms arrangement. Make sure all meeting room in good schedule; lights and aircon are off in case of nobody there.
– Manage the temperature in office (remote center).

– Make sure every things front office in proper order (cars parking, security, cleanliness, …).
– Make sure a take note is on the desk and taking note if receiving message.
– College degree or above.

– Good computer skill in MS word. Excel, Access.
