Job Description:
1. Admin:
– Record file info into related folder.
– Stationery order.
– Send package to customer if requested.
– Other assigned by Project Leader.
– Request BOM from Technical- print out for review.
– Record pricing.
– Prepare quotation for new project to send to customer.
– Format- DCR request if needed before handover to production.
– Finish panel request, record info of approval drawing/ request from customer.
– Picture-status updating in drop box to customer.
– Receive info for new project from project leader, print out and arrange folder.
– Update daily status of project into master file follow up.
– Record file related in folder.
– Make report status of item in production daily for project.
– SOP-WI writing.

Personal Details & Trait:
– No gender or age guidelines necessary – dependent on experience & qualitifcations.
– Outgoing personality with good communication skills.
Education and Training:
– Education requirements dependent on Experience – Graduate or equivient.
Experience and Qualification:
– English verbal- must be good at reading email and collect information quickly.
– Organised and good at timekeeping.
Skills and Other Abilities:
– Knowledge of ERP systems beneficial.
– Excellent knowledge of MS office- especially excel.
– Product knowledge – understand JC item, veneer, finishing beneficial.
