Job Description:
– Receiving the schedule from technical manager and cutting date from Wood component, schedule from Metal component then preparing the released tech-pack schedule.
– Working with production managers/Superviors to confirm the construction then deployment to team apply to production drawings to make sure actual processes followed drawings.
– Final checking the tech-pack drawn by carcass & hardware BOM team (construction, material, qty of component…), giving back to modify if any mistake and change then make sure the tech-pack is correct and ready for releasing.
– Meeting with SVs to introduce and confirm the construction before releasing each work order (pre-production meeting).
– Follow up the PPS (Pre-Production Sample), review and approve then confirm for running mass production.
– Working closely with production and sub-contractor to collect all feedbacks from the work in process and update into tech-pack, make sure the mistake will not be happened next time and same cases.
– Giving solutions when component in process with any issue and mistake.
– Giving information to production when the products are in line timely & accurately to base on cooperation.
– Setting up technical standard in accordance with the available machines and workers skill in the company.
– Working closely with hardware BOM team & foundry SV to make sure all wood components match corresponding with brass components.
– Working closely with Jig, mould, template team to make sure the carcass can be matched with glass, brass and other accessories.
– Report to technical manager & production director the wrong routing ticket/month.
– Supporting the other team (costing, carcass BOM, hardware BOM) if they have a bottle neck.
– Performing some certain works assigned by Production Director.
Requirements:
– Education/Specialization: University of Technology.
Experience:
– At least 5 years in producing exported interior furniture.
– At least 5 years in wood processing technology.
Capacity, manner
– Positive, dynamic, creative.
– Organizing, managing ability.
– Ability of anticipating and solving potential problems.
– Good communication.
Skills
– Basic English in speaking and writing.
– Communicating, presentation, solving problem skill.
– Computer literate, Autocad, Inventor skill.
