Technical Staff

Job Decription:
– Making construction for new items base on discussed with Assistant Manager, standard, relative Dep.Prepare BOM for all Carcass’s components.
– Check and prepare the Hardware list on ERP.
– Supporting Sample workshop Supervisor and workers.
– Working closely with Sample workshop, COM2 team to update any change when making sample, then update into drawing.
– Getting feedback information and update to ERP, Drawing.
– Working closely with R&D to make the construction for new items, get approval then implement in the sample workshop.
– Setting up the construction for CD tables.
– Prepare Cutting list for all new items with component ID, it will be reused for costing also.
– Follow up to update changes into ERP, Drawing when the new samples in process on Sample workshop.
– Double check the hardware list in 2nd level and friendly fit or working with others component.
– Working closely with COM2 to make the hardware sample & update change if any.
– Follow up/record and input the direct labor cost when making sample for costing.
– Supporting to check & push all the original Master panels, Carving master, Chairs ready for handover.
– Finally and checking the design drawing with confirmed construction ready for handover.
– Suggest construction, material should be applied in production.
– Cooperating closely with R&D to update change after the Market.
– Supporting Sample workshop and Costing Assistant manager in standard procedure applied in department.
– Performing some certain works assigned by Sample manager.

Requirements:
Education/Specialization: University/ college of Technology.
Experience:
– At least 1 year in producing exported interior furniture.
– At least 1 year in wood processing technology.
Capacity:
– Positive, dynamic, creative
– Organizing ability
– Good communication
Skills:
– English competence
– Communicating, persuading skill
– Computer literate, Autocad skill
