JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Functional Management Role :
– Develop and implement wellbeing programs aimed at promoting physical and mental health among employees.
– Provide professional expert support, advice and resources for employees on matters of health and wellbeing.
– Work with management and HR to incorporate wellbeing into company policies and culture.
– Monitor and evaluate the impact of wellbeing initiatives on employee satisfaction and productivity.
– Organize and promote wellbeing calendar, events, workshops, or other activities in both external and internal.
– Stay current on the latest research and trends in workplace health and wellbeing.
– Set-up and operate internal clinic station in compliance with regulations of laws including lab tests and interpreting the test results.
– Set-up and operate internal health and fitness center.
– Manage clinic nursing staff and schedule working shifts ensure service consistently during factory operation.
– Work with HSE to prevent occupational health by evaluating risk, design preventive method working/system.
– Work with finance to provide professional expert consultancy on personal finance management.
2. Departmental Management Role:
– Plan, organize and control use of department resources to implement department work plan and to achieve department goals.
– Review and develop department handbook including detailed HR policy, SOP, work instructions and standards.
– Hire, lead, train and develop subordinates to ensure individual reaching their best ability and the team delivering the highest level of performance.
– Set, review and manage subordinate team/individual KPIs.
– Recommend and keep department expenditure under control and within approved budgets.
– Recommend and work with IT on developing database/software and applications to support department tasks and reports.
– Identify challenges and suggest solutions to improve department operations.
– Lead and/or participate in projects relating to wellbeing service and/or function development.
– Work effectively with management team and staffs at all levels to promote wellbeing culture.
– Establish and promote a working spirit within department that encourages team work, engagement, innovation and efficiency.
– Prepare analytical reports to provide a full picture of department operation and performance.
– Other related tasks assigned by immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. General requirements:
– Nationality: Vietnamese
– Gender: Male/Female
– Age: 30 – 45
– Personality: Organized, confident, highly motivated and above all honest.
2. Education and Training:
– B.A. degree or academic training or professional qualifications in a relevant field such as public health, health improvement, medical, etc.
– Strong knowledge and understanding of workplace health and wellbeing issues.
3. Experience and Qualification:
– Experience of managing staff.
– Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills to work across teams and take people from all levels on the wellbeing journey.
– Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
– Proficient in MS office suite.
– Excellent presentation, project management and change management skill.
– Creative thinking, flexibility and continuous improvement.
– Long term commitment / engagement and objective oriented is highly desirable.
